Terms and conditions

1. Seller

The shop at skyluma.pl is operated by S.C. FINIST Sp. z o.o. spółka komandytowa, ul. Rubinowa 2A, Gliwice, Polska, KRS 0000633566, NIP 6312649647, REGON 243277970 (the “Seller”).

2. What is sold

The Seller offers vouchers for tandem skydives and for skydiving training. A voucher is not a booking for a specific date — the date is arranged separately.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the shop form. Prices are in Polish złoty and include VAT.

Payment is by ordinary bank transfer to the account shown on the order confirmation and in the confirmation e-mail. Please use the order number as the transfer title. The voucher is issued and sent once the payment clears.

4. Voucher validity

A voucher is valid for the period stated on the product, counted from the purchase date.

Vouchers are transferable. Whoever redeems one must meet the age and weight requirements stated on the product.

5. Weather and conditions

Skydiving depends on weather and on the instructor's judgement. If a jump cannot go ahead for weather or technical reasons, a new date is arranged; this is not a failure to perform the contract.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by notifying the Seller by e-mail.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure, entertainment or sporting services where the contract specifies a date or period of performance — this covers a booked jump date.

7. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to info@skyluma.pl. The Seller responds within 14 days of receipt.
