What a voucher covers
A Skyluma voucher is a tandem jump from 4,000 metres near Gdańsk: around 60 seconds of freefall at up to 200 km/h, then several minutes under canopy over Pomerania. It is valid for 12 months from issue, the date is arranged separately, and bad weather moves it without costing the validity. The code can be passed on — it is the code that counts, not the name on the document.

Check your order status →What this lookup shows
A code returns the voucher's status, the date it is valid until, and the PDF to download. There are five statuses: active, active after an extension, used, expired and blocked.
Checking a code books nothing. The day of the jump is arranged separately, on the booking page.
What the code looks like
Codes are shaped like SKY-4KTM-9WQP and printed on the voucher. They contain no O, I, L or U, because those are too easily read as zero and one — so they are not in the alphabet at all. When a code will not go through, a letter typed in place of a digit is usually why.
Validity and extensions
A voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase, and the exact date is both on the PDF and here once you enter the code. Validity can be extended: the status then reads as active after an extension and the new date appears in the same place. Write to us through contact before the voucher lapses rather than after.
Lost the file
The code is enough. You can download the PDF again from here, as many times as you need — we do not issue a replacement voucher, because it is the same document under the same code.
If the code has gone too, write to us from the address the order was sent to.
