The safe gift is usually the forgettable one. A scent somebody had to guess at, a jumper one size out, another candle. An experience has no size, needs no guessing, and cannot arrive in duplicate.
What you are actually buying
- An exit at 4,000 metres and around a minute of freefall at up to 200 km/h.
- A few unhurried minutes under the canopy over Pomerania.
- No preparation beforehand — the whole briefing takes about fifteen minutes at the dropzone.
- A bearer voucher, valid 12 months, with the date fixed whenever it suits her.
She stays attached to the instructor at four points for the whole jump and makes no technical decision at all: she does not deploy the canopy, fly it, or choose where to land. We walk through the whole day in the guide to the first tandem jump.
Requirements worth checking before you buy
The minimum age is 16, and under 18 written consent from a legal guardian is required. The body-weight limit is 100 kg. The third condition is no medical contraindication to physical exertion. All three are collected in the guide to requirements.
Which option to pick
The jump itself is identical in every option. The only difference is whether and how it gets filmed — and for a gift the footage is often half the value, because it outlasts the adrenaline by years.

What she receives
A PDF voucher with a code, an expiry date and her name if you give us one. Print it, send it yourself, or name the day we should deliver it to her inbox. After that she books a jump date with the code. If the weather says no that day, you agree a new one and the voucher keeps its validity.

Frequently asked questions
Does she need to be fit?
Not in any training sense. The conditions are no medical contraindication to physical exertion and a body weight up to 100 kg. The jump needs no strength — the exit and the landing are about body position, and that is taught on the ground.
What if she is afraid of heights?
Fear of heights and skydiving are surprisingly rarely the same problem: at 4,000 metres there is no reference point of the kind that triggers it. We wrote about that separately in the guide to fear.
Can the voucher be passed to somebody else?
Yes. It is made out to the bearer — anybody who meets the age and weight limits can use it.
What if she does not use it within the year?
Validity can be extended: another 12 months for 90 PLN, or 24 months for 150 PLN.
